Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cellagenix. Below you will find important information about how and when your order is shipped.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.


Shipping Method

At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States. All orders are shipped directly by our team using USPS Priority Mail small boxes.

Priority Mail typically delivers within 2 to 4 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Eco-Conscious Packaging

We are committed to minimizing waste wherever possible. All orders are shipped in recyclable USPS Priority Mail boxes.


Holiday Shipping Deadline

To receive your order by December 24, we recommend placing your order no later than December 18.

Orders placed after this date may still arrive before the holiday, but delivery by December 24 cannot be guaranteed due to carrier volume and seasonal delays.


Holiday Delays

During the holiday season, shipping carriers often experience delays due to increased volume and weather conditions. While we will always ship your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession. 


Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for orders over $50, and is $4.95 for orders under $50.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly with your tracking number.
